Apps That Work Together on Their Own

When a client owns two of your apps, they connect by themselves. Leads land in the CRM, bookings ask for reviews and paid invoices file themselves, with no API keys, no setup and nothing for you to do.

How Connections Work

There is nothing to sell, install or configure. Connections come with the apps.

Same client, both apps

A connection switches on by itself when the same client owns both apps.

Nothing to set up

No API keys and no settings to copy. As the reseller, there is nothing for you to do.

An on/off switch for each

Clients can turn any connection off in the Integrations window and back on at any time.

In every app bar

The Integrations button sits in every app, next to My Apps, and shows what is connected.

It sells the next app

When a client is missing an app, a Get app button opens it on your store, if you sell it.

Connections to Outside Tools

App-to-app connections stay inside your clients' own apps. These are the ways out to other software.

AI Receptionist webhook

Sends every lead, booking, cancellation and handoff as signed JSON to any webhook URL, so it works with Zapier, Make and GoHighLevel.

Google Calendar sync

Appointment Booking syncs with Google Calendar, switched on from its Settings.

WordPress publishing

AI SEO Autopilot and AI Visibility publish to the business's WordPress site through a plugin that connects itself.

Card payments with Stripe

Invoicing takes card payments through the business's own Stripe account.

Document Signer API and webhooks

Document Signer has its own API and webhooks, so signed documents can flow into other systems.

The reseller API

Your own site, app or bot can create clients and place orders for any product, from your systems.

Integrations: Common Questions

Quick answers about how the apps connect.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Connections come with the apps. You pay the normal wholesale price for each app and nothing for the connections between them.

Do I need to set anything up as the reseller?

No. When the same client owns both apps, the connection switches on by itself. There are no API keys and no settings to copy.

Can a client turn a connection off?

Yes. Every connection has its own on/off switch in the Integrations window, which opens from the Integrations button in every app.

Do apps connect across different clients?

No. Connections only link apps owned by the same client, so one client's leads and invoices never reach another client's apps.

Is there a Zapier app?

Not for the apps themselves. The AI Receptionist webhook works with Zapier (Catch Hook), Make and GoHighLevel, and the reseller API covers clients and orders.

Which products do not connect?

Website Builder, VPN, eSIM, SMM, hosting and domains have no app-to-app connections. They are sold from the same store and paid from the same wallet.
