Your commission is paid to your connected Stripe account 30 days after delivery. Prices are one-time, with free insured shipping to US addresses.
How It Works
You bring the customer. We take the payment, ship the box and pay your commission.
Step 1
Buy from your store
The client orders on your store's AI Box page and pays by card. The charge shows your store's name, and you pay nothing up front.
Step 2
We ship it
We pack the box with its AI engines loaded and ship it insured. Your client gets a shipping email in your brand with the tracking.
Step 3
You get paid
Your commission goes to your connected Stripe account 30 days after delivery, and you get an email. The order shows in your panel.
Do I handle shipping or support?
No. We take the payment, pack and ship the box insured, and handle product support and returns. You bring the customer.
What do I need to sell it?
A connected Stripe account. Then switch the AI Box on in your Products tab and it gets its own page on your store.
When do I get paid?
30 days after delivery, which is the return window. Your commission is sent to your connected Stripe account automatically.
Can I set my own price?
No. The price is the same on every store, $4,900 or $7,500, so nobody undercuts you. Your commission is fixed at $735 or $1,125.
What if the client returns it?
Returns are handled for you. If an order is refunded before your commission is paid, the commission is cancelled and you owe nothing.
Does it need the internet?
No. Chat and answers from files work offline. Only optional add-ons, team invite emails and a small license and update check go online.
Are there monthly fees for the client?
No. The box is theirs to keep. Remote Access, Web Access and a Care Plan are optional monthly add-ons they can skip.
Whose name is on it?
Your store sells it and the card statement shows your store's name. The box runs PrivateOfficeAI software, with the client's own name in the app.
