Buy from your store
The client opens eSIM on your storefront, or you order it for them in your Marketplace. They only need an email address to start.
Step 2
Pick a plan
They tap a popular destination or search any country or region, then pick the data and days and see the total before paying.
Step 3
Scan the QR code
The eSIM arrives by email with a QR code and an activation link. They scan it with their phone and the plan installs itself.
Does the client see ResellPortal anywhere?
No. Your store, the checkout and the email with the QR code all carry your brand.
Which phones work?
Any eSIM-compatible phone or tablet that is not carrier-locked, such as iPhone XR and newer, Pixel 3 and newer and Galaxy S20 and newer. The docs have a device list.
How is the price set?
Each plan has a one-time wholesale price. Your margin is added on top and the client pays your price at checkout. Volume discounts lower your cost as your wallet grows.
Can a client add more data later?
They buy another plan for the same destination. Adding data to an eSIM they already have is not available.
Can clients see how much data is left?
Yes. A Usage button in their account on your store shows the data used, the data left and when the plan ends.
What if a client never installs it?
An eSIM that is still unused after 30 days is cancelled automatically, and its cost goes back to your wallet.
Are there plans by the day?
Yes. Many destinations have day plans, like 500 MB or 1 GB a day. Each purchase covers one day.
Can I sell eSIM from my own website?
Yes. Add the eSIM search widget to any site, launch an eSIM website for $20 a month, or use the API to sell from your own app.
