When your clients log into their portal, what do they see?

The most successful resellers on our platform treat white-labeling as non-negotiable. Here’s how to set up a fully branded experience that makes clients think you built the whole thing yourself.
Why Branding Matters More Than You Think
Your clients don’t care that you’re reselling services. They care that they’re getting results from you—the expert they hired.
When your portal has your logo, your colors, and your domain, you’re not just a middleman. You’re a technology provider. That perception lets you charge premium prices and build long-term client relationships.
Step 1: Claim Your Domain
You have two options in the Storefront & Branding settings:
Option A: Free Subdomain
- Quick setup:
your-store.appserviceportal.com - Good for testing or getting started fast
Option B: Custom Domain (Recommended)
- Use your own domain:
portal.yourbrand.com - Create a CNAME record pointing to our servers
- SSL certificate generated automatically
For AI Business Tools specifically, you can also set up a separate branded domain like ai.yourbrand.com through the AI Suite Branding panel.
Step 2: Configure Your Visual Identity
In the Portal Branding section, customize:
- Portal Logo – Appears in the header (recommended: 200x50px)
- Favicon – Browser tab icon (32x32px PNG or ICO)
- Primary & Secondary Colors – Match your brand palette
- Hero Banner – Optional background image with adjustable overlay darkness
- Welcome Message – Personalized greeting for your clients
Pro tip: Keep your hero banner overlay at 40-60% darkness for best text readability.
Step 3: Brand Your Client Emails
Every automated email—welcome messages, renewal reminders, support confirmations—should look like it came from you.
Configure in the Email Branding panel:
- Email Logo – 300x100px recommended
- Company Name – Appears in headers and footers
- Header & Button Colors – Match your brand
- Footer Text – Your company address and custom messaging
Step 4: Set Up Support Chat
Enable the support chat bubble in your client portal. When clients have questions, they message you—not us.
Set your support email address so all client communications route directly to your inbox.
Step 5: Customize the AI Suite Interface
If you’re selling AI Business Tools, the AI Suite Branding panel lets you customize:
- Company name displayed throughout
- Logo URL for the dashboard
- Primary and secondary interface colors
- Custom login domain
Your clients will see a completely branded AI dashboard that looks like your own product.
