ResellPortal pricing and fees, explained
ResellPortal has no monthly fee, no setup fee and no per-seat charge. You deposit a minimum of $20 into a wallet, pay the wholesale price only when a client activates a product, and keep the full difference between wholesale and the retail price you set. The only optional costs are add-ons such as the $149 a month White-Label Panel.

Quarterly, six-month and annual wholesale terms are cheaper than monthly. Live prices are in the Marketplace inside the panel and from the API.
How you make money
You set the retail price for every product with a margin slider, up to double the wholesale price by default. A client buys on your storefront and pays your connected Stripe or PayPal, or pays you by manual payment instructions you write. At activation, ResellPortal charges the wholesale price from your wallet. Example: you sell the AI Receptionist phone plan at $199; wholesale is $99; you keep $100 a month per client.
How the wallet works
- Fund it by card, PayPal or crypto. Auto top-up can charge a saved card when the balance runs low.
- A store needs at least $20 in the wallet to accept orders, so renewals are covered.
- Deposits never expire and can be spent on any product.
- Wallet deposits are not refundable. A failed order is never charged.
What is free
The storefront and its hosting, SSL, client accounts, the reseller panel, support, the API, the MCP server, AI lead forms, gift cards for your clients, and the product documentation your clients see under your brand.
Is there a free trial?
The account is free and you can explore the full catalog, wholesale prices, demo apps and the API in test mode with a $0 wallet. Selling requires the $20 deposit.
Are wallet deposits refundable?
No. Deposits stay in the account as spendable credit for as long as the account exists. This is the same at any amount.
Does ResellPortal take a cut of my sales?
No. Retail payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal. You pay only wholesale.
