Is ResellPortal legit?
Yes. ResellPortal is operated by ResellPortal LLC, a registered company in Utah, USA. Resellers are paid directly by their own customers through their own Stripe or PayPal accounts, so the platform never holds your revenue. Support runs through tickets, live chat and an in-panel assistant, and the full catalog with wholesale prices is visible before you deposit anything.
The company
ResellPortal is built and run by ResellPortal LLC in Utah, United States. The platform, the reseller panel, the storefronts and the apps are operated on the company's own infrastructure. Contact details are on the contact page, and the status page shows live availability of the panel, storefronts, API and documentation.
How the money flows
- Your customers pay you. Storefront payments go to the Stripe or PayPal account you connect. ResellPortal does not sit between you and your revenue.
- You pay wholesale. When a client activates a product, the wholesale price is charged from your prepaid wallet. Nothing is charged on failed orders.
- Wallet deposits are not refundable, which is stated in the Terms of Service before you deposit. They stay in your account as credit and apply to any product.
What you can verify before depositing
- Open a free account and browse the Marketplace: every wholesale price is shown live.
- Try the live demos of the apps (AI receptionist, CRM, invoicing, appointments, website builder, reputation, e-signature, business phone) from the product pages.
- Read the documentation, which is public.
- Test the API in test mode with a $0 wallet.
Support
Resellers get an in-panel assistant trained on the platform, a live chat to reach a person, and a ticket system with replies within one business day. Your clients get documentation and support pages under your brand, so you stay the face of your business.
What ResellPortal is not
- It is not an affiliate scheme. You own the customer, the price and the brand.
- It is not an MLM. There are no recruitment tiers; the affiliate program pays a commission on resellers you refer and nothing else.
- It does not promise income. Resellers earn the margin on products their clients buy, and that depends on their own sales.
