ResellPortal / Guides
ResellPortal vs SuiteDash
Short answer: they solve different problems. SuiteDash is a white-label client portal with CRM, invoicing and projects that you run for your own clients from $19 a month. ResellPortal is a platform for selling 25+ software products to clients under your brand with no monthly fee. If you want to resell software, ResellPortal; if you want a portal for your own service business, SuiteDash.

Different jobs
SuiteDash is something you buy to run your own business: onboarding, proposals, invoices, files and messaging in one branded portal. ResellPortal is something you sell from: a store where other businesses buy software from you. The overlap is that ResellPortal also includes a CRM, invoicing and e-signature, but those are products your clients subscribe to, each with its own wholesale price, not a single workspace.
Using both
A common setup is SuiteDash as the agency's own back office and ResellPortal as the product store the agency sells to its clients, adding recurring revenue without building anything.
Is ResellPortal a client portal?
Not in the SuiteDash sense. ResellPortal gives each of your clients an account on your store where they log in to the apps they bought. It is a storefront and app hub rather than a project and file portal.
Which is cheaper?
ResellPortal has no subscription, so it is cheaper to hold. SuiteDash from $19 a month is inexpensive for what it does. The question is whether you need a portal for your own work or a catalog to sell; the answer decides the tool.
