ResellPortal / Guides
ResellPortal vs GoHighLevel
Short answer: GoHighLevel is a marketing-automation suite you rent for $97 to $497 a month and can white-label on its top tier. ResellPortal is a reseller platform with no monthly fee where you pay wholesale per client across 25+ products. Choose GoHighLevel if funnels and automation are your business; choose ResellPortal if you want to sell a catalog of apps under your brand without a fixed cost.

Fees: the real difference
GoHighLevel charges the subscription whether you have zero clients or two hundred. On the $297 plan that is $3,564 a year before your first sale. ResellPortal charges nothing until a client activates something, and then only the wholesale price of that product, for example $15 a month for a CRM client or $99 for an AI receptionist with phone answering. For a reseller starting out, that is the deciding factor.
Products: suite versus catalog
GoHighLevel is one deep product. If a client needs funnels, nurture sequences and pipeline automation, it does that better than anything in ResellPortal. ResellPortal is a catalog: each app is its own product with its own wholesale price, so a client can buy only an AI receptionist, or only e-signature, or a bundle. It also covers things GoHighLevel does not sell, such as web hosting, domains, VPN, eSIM data plans and a business phone line.
White-label depth
Both can hide the vendor. GoHighLevel needs the $297 tier for a custom domain and $497 for true resale as your own SaaS. ResellPortal is white-label on the only plan there is: the storefront, the apps, the client logins, transactional emails and texts all show your brand, and an optional $149 a month add-on brands the admin panel itself for agencies with staff.
Who should pick which
- Pick GoHighLevel if you already sell marketing automation, you will have enough clients to cover the fee, and you want one deep CRM-and-funnel system.
- Pick ResellPortal if you want to sell software to local businesses with no fixed cost, you want many products rather than one suite, or you are testing a reseller business before committing money.
- Many agencies run both: GoHighLevel for their own operations, ResellPortal as the product store they sell from.
Is ResellPortal cheaper than GoHighLevel?
Yes for anyone with fewer than roughly 20 paying clients, because ResellPortal has no subscription. At higher client counts the comparison depends on which products the clients buy; ResellPortal's wholesale is per client while GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan is a flat $297 for unlimited sub-accounts.
Can I white-label GoHighLevel for free?
No. Custom-domain branding starts on the $297 plan and the SaaS resale mode is $497. ResellPortal's white-label is included at no monthly cost.
